GPTX Investment Management Limited (GPTX簡坤投資) has achieved a historic milestone — its first public fund has officially received regulatory approval! The GPTX HKD Money Market Fund (CE No.: BWG883) was granted authorization by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) on October 13, 2025. This marks not only the Company’s first-ever license for retail but also signifies a new chapter in our strategic expansion into active management and inclusive finance.

As the first sub-fund under GPTX簡坤投資's SFC-authorized public open-ended fund company, the inaugural money market sub-fund focuses on HKD-denominated short-term deposits and high-quality money market instruments issued by governments, quasi-government entities, international organizations, and financial institutions. It aims to deliver HKD returns consistent with prevailing money market rates.

From private funds to public funds, and from professional investors to retail investors, GPTX簡坤投資remains steadfast in upholding its asset management mission: "Talent-Focused, Client-Oriented, Innovation-Powered, Compliance-Rooted, and Risk Management-Harnessed". This Approval marks not just a starting point, but a promise—we will continuously refine our offerings, rigorously manage risks, and safeguard every trust placed in us.
